The double bed felt comfy, which was a relief after long days exploring. Having enough toilet rolls and a fridge made it convenient. Communication was solid. responses came quickly which I appreciated. The room matched the pictures closely, and I loved being just a ten-minute walk from The Tower of London. the street noise was really loud at night, so ear plugs are a must. The room got quite hot, and while there were heaters, a fan would have been nice for relief. keep in mind that the shower had an unpredictable temperature flow, switching from hot to cold randomly. The sofa bed is not the best for sleeping, more like resting on a metal pole. Steep, narrow stairs leading to the room can be challenging, especially for anyone with mobility issues. A heads-up about this might’ve helped to set expectations.

Ideal location for city explorers
The location near Liverpool Street was ideal for walking to markets and attractions. The room was tidy and had necessary amenities like a kettle and fridge, making it quite accommodating.
I found the steep stairs a challenge with luggage, and the bathroom setup felt odd with glass doors that lacked privacy. It could use some updates.

The room had functional en-suite facilities, which made life a bit easier. The location was great for accessing public transport, being close to various stations.
The noise levels were a major downside. street sounds could be quite intrusive at night, making sleep tough. The water pressure in the shower was lacking, often leaving the experience frustrating, and adjusting the temperature required fiddling with a switch outside the room. There were also no tea or coffee supplies provided, which felt like a pretty basic oversight. Navigating the steep, narrow stairs was a bit of a challenge, especially with bags, and the locks on the doors were stiff, sometimes making access more of a hassle than it should be. the room showed some wear and could use a refresh to meet expectations.
